We make your job easier by catching little problems so they don't have a chance to become big ones.We FIND and REPORT problems early, then help you solve them. We use our checklist to catch routine maintenance problems at your facility, documenting with photos whenever appropriate. We then fax or email you a monthly Property Watchdog Inspection Report, performed by one of our management-level maintenance specialists, at no extra charge.
